The role requires availability 4:00 AM–10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for skill-based increases and bilingual incentives upon certification. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating vehicle and safely transports staff.
• Performs donor screening and phlebotomy.
• Provides exceptional donor experience with professional service.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments.
• Maintains equipment and department records.
