Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin in Milwaukee is seeking a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation drives. You will operate a full-size van, assist in loading supplies, transport staff, and deliver a safe, positive donor experience with top-tier customer service.

Under supervision, you will conduct donor screening, phlebotomy tasks as assigned, and collaborate with coordinators to follow schedules, meet quality standards, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follows all DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience with professional service.
• Maintains equipment and completes department records as needed.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments.
• Complies with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
