Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Donor Driver to support mobile donation sites across Wisconsin. You will transport staff and supplies, perform donor screening and phlebotomy, and ensure a high-quality donor experience with exceptional customer service.

The role requires DOT-compliant vehicle operation, strong communication, and teamwork, with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, and related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred; less than 1 year required.
• Must be able to read and interpret SOPs and safety rules.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow DOT guidelines while operating a full-size van and transport staff and supplies.
• Load/unload supplies and set up at mobile sites with equipment and QC.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provide excellent donor service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and assist mobile operations as needed.
