Versiti Blood Research Institute in Milwaukee recruits a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation drives. Under supervision, you will operate the mobile drive vehicle, load supplies, transport staff, and perform donor screening and phlebotomy with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will participate in automation processes, schedule donor appointments, and ensure regulatory compliance. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a full-size van and safely transports staff and supplies.
• Travels to other local collection sites as needed.
• Loads/unloads supplies and sets up at the mobile site, including tech systems.
• Performs donor screening and mini-physical; phlebotomy.
• Observes donors for reactions and provides care as needed.
• Recruits and converts donors for automation and conducts automation setups.
