Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required prior to hire.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Register patients in multiple systems.
• Answer calls professionally; collect time-of-service payments.
• Verify insurance and obtain prior authorization.
• Assist with patient screening and transport within mobile unit.
• Provide clear pre/post-procedure instructions.
• Prepare and organize patient records and documentation.
• Support clinical staff with documentation and image delivery.
