Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary and palliative care in the home. You will work full-time in Baltimore County under supervision of a physician, serving patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

The position offers a flexible, patient-centered schedule, collaboration with an in-house clinical team, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Maryland.
• Strong clinical skills to accurately assess, diagnose, and treat.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Baltimore County.
• Assess health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications, supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions.
