Job summary

360care seeks an allied health support specialist to assist physicians at assigned long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry care, and behavioral health. You will help maintain clinical records in the EMR and support provider workflows.

The role requires traveling up to 100% to facilities, strong communication, and attention to detail. You must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a TB test.

Qualifications

High School education or GED is required.
Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.
Good computer skills required.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

Assist doctors in audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
Prepare and complete chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
Verify and maintain current and accurate clinical records in EMR during patient visits.
Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager on day of visit.
Provide timely responses to patient inquiries and document conversations in the EMR.
Travel up to 100% of the time to and from assigned medical facilities.
