Job summary

Nevada Health Centers is seeking a Mammovan Logistics Specialist in Las Vegas to lead detailed planning, coordination and execution of Mammovan screening site schedules. The role encompasses site and parking assessments, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and serving as the liaison with clients across Nevada.

The position emphasizes calendar development, staff travel planning, MOUs/LOAs, and strong collaboration with marketing to promote sites while maintaining HIPAA and MQSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain a Class C Driver’s License, for travel throughout Nevada
• Ability to read, write, and calculate mathematical figures
• Ability to operate personal computers including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate site and travel logistics related to the Mammovan monthly schedule.
• Develop and maintain schedule for site-specific Mammovan screening days.
• Manage MOUs and LOAs with clients.
• Coordinate parking details and safety of Mammovan units.
• Notify communities and NVHC clinic sites about Mammovan visits.
• Assist with travel arrangements and support staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, MQSA and other regulatory requirements.
