Job summary

Nevada Health Centers is seeking a Mammovan Logistics Specialist in Las Vegas to plan, coordinate, and execute Mammovan screening site schedules across the state. You will manage site parking, travel logistics, and client liaison activities for multiple events.

The role involves creating calendars, coordinating MOUs/LOAs, ensuring safety for the Mammovan unit, and supporting promotional efforts to reach patient access goals. Travel and vendor coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain a Class C Driver’s License, for travel throughout Nevada.
• Ability to read, write, and calculate mathematical figures.
• Ability to operate personal computers including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate site and travel logistics for the Mammovan monthly schedule.
• Develop and maintain monthly site and staffing calendars for travel planning and web posting.
• Create and publish annual calendar for Mammovan screening days 90 days before year end.
• Manage site details via client worksheets, parking assessments and promotional flyers.
• Coordinate MOUs and LOAs with clients as needed.
• Collaborate with clients on parking locations and safety for Mammovan units.
• Create and distribute site-specific maps and parking details for clients and staff.
• Provide COI as required by client or property management.
• Create and distribute site-specific promotional materials for promotion.
• Notify communities and NVHC clinics when Mammovan will be in area.
• Work with clients and marketing on site appointment status to reach 15 patients per day.
• Maintain maintenance scheduling and service agreements with vendors.
• Prepare out-of-state travel permits for maintenance travel.
• Schedule drivers and attend site visits when needed.
• Implement Mammovan service line strategies per leadership guidance.
• Assist in development of service delivery policies and QA/QI programs.
• Assist staff with travel arrangements per client worksheets.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service for internal and external customers.
• Conduct community outreach and need assessments for Mammovan schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and resource utilization.
• Assist with public speaking and media interviews for NVHC Mammovan services.
