Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across Nevada and Southern California, including intake, scheduling, dispatch, and field service coordination.
• Supervise personnel, manage staffing requirements, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and maintain performance standards.
• Monitor productivity, scheduling efficiency, service turnaround times, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, HIPAA requirements, documentation standards, and procedures.
• Resolve escalated operational matters and maintain relationships with facilities, personnel, and vendors.
• Oversee office operations, equipment readiness, vehicle maintenance, and facility needs.
• Travel to Southern California at least quarterly to oversee operations and coordinate the California team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational improvements and business development initiatives.
