Job summary

HealthWorks for Northern Virginia in Leesburg is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to coordinate scheduling for community mobile units across sites, schools, and worksites. This non-clinical role focuses on operational coordination to improve access and efficiency for underserved populations.

You will partner with clinical and operations teams, travel to sites, and support outreach events and patient scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin or 4 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, program coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
• Experience managing schedules, logistics, or multi-site service delivery preferred.
• Experience working with community, educational, or employer partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the mobile unit schedule across service locations.
• Develop a forward-looking deployment calendar and optimize scheduling.
• Assist in site selection and prioritization based on access needs and demand.
• Attend community outreach events to promote mobile health services.
• Track operational metrics and report performance to leadership.
• Travel frequently to community sites including employer and educational locations.
