Eligible candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year in property maintenance, with a valid driver's license and dependable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by supervision/managers.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC.
• Maintain work order system ensuring timely completion to company standards.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance requests.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leadership.
• Promote safety and risk management per local and company rules.
• Participate in emergency on-call assignments and response times.
• Foster a professional and courteous interaction with residents.
• Maintain professional demeanor and adhere to risk management program.
