Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and complete within 24 hours.

• Coordinate with leasing to prepare vacants for move‑in.
• Inspect common areas and perform small repairs and maintenance.
• Assist in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks.
• Support audits and safety reviews by the Service Manager.
• Operate and maintain safety equipment and tools.
