Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties in the Nashville area. The role involves hands-on repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, with a focus on customer service and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in property maintenance, and relevant certifications. This is a full-time on-site position with on-call responsibilities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• CPO and EPA/HVAC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry and door/lock repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinklers and elevator systems.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Observe safety and risk management and participate in on-call emergencies.
