CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., seeks a Field Technician in Phoenix, AZ to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a range of IT hardware and peripherals. The role travels within the service region and collaborates with Level II/III and remote support teams to ensure timely resolutions.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure devices, and provide strong customer service and documentation.

We are currently seeking a qualified Field Technician to provide support in Phoenix, AZ.
This technician will serve as a primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining a variety of IT hardware, peripherals, printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, networking equipment, and related software.
The Field Technician will be dispatched throughout the assigned service region to diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform equipment installations and preventive maintenance, support network connectivity, and complete hardware and infrastructure-related projects. The technician will work independently while collaborating with Level II, Level III, Lead Technicians, and remote support teams when required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills are essential. The technician must be comfortable working in customer environments, managing multiple priorities, and completing assignments in accordance with established procedures and service-level requirements.
The rate for this position is between $16.13 - $21.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
