Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring industrial hardware to customers in a defined geographic area with a mobile store approach. The role relies on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to build a strong customer base.

You'll present solutions using sample boards and product demos, while managing the mobile store's upkeep, daily reports, and customer data in company software. A valid driving record and territory residency are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenure history; ideally no more than 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Able to work independently with a proven history of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
