Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, conduct cold and warm outreach, and close sales through face-to-face visits.

Core responsibilities include presenting solutions via demos and sample boards, maintaining store readiness, and submitting daily reports. The ideal candidate has a stable work history, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong stability history with no frequent job hopping; ideally up to 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and local calls; face-to-face engagement with prospects.
• Present products and services using samples and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, marketing and reporting.
• Keep customer data accurate in company software.
