Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory using a mobile store model. Role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to grow a client base.

You will present products through your mobile store, maintain store presentation, and submit daily reports detailing sales and prospect interactions. Requires ability to travel within territory and operate independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside in the territory; relocation not available.
• Must own/lease a mobile store vehicle and have a clean driving history.
• Ability to kneel and bend regularly for mobile-store duties.
• Able to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects, research and call on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products via sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, operational, marketed, and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer info in company software.
