Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly within a defined geographic area using a mobile, fully stocked store. The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting solutions to customers in person.

You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile-store vehicle, with a clean driving history and ability to kneel/bend as needed. Strong tenure and limited job hopping are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure history with at most 3 jobs in 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to customers within assigned territory.
• Present solutions using product demos and mobile store.
• Maintain mobile store cleanliness, operation, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily reports.
