Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver our mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory in the United States. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store and drive sales through cold-calling and prospecting activities.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history; physical kneeling/bending is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenure with a maximum of 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards and demos via the mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Maintain customer data accurately in company software.
