Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role requires residence within the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history.

You will drive a fully stocked mobile store and perform face-to-face calls to generate new business. The ideal candidate has a strong tenured background, high school diploma or equivalent, and proven analytical,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route/industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills required; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
