Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in McAllen, TX is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role centers on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits across transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors, building lasting relationships and pursuing growth.

You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, present products, and manage daily reports, inventory, and route execution.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Stable employment history with at most 3 employers in 10 years.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
