Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware via a mobile store directly to customers within a defined territory. The role emphasizes field sales, prospecting, and on-site customer engagements across multiple industries.

Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to acquire or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Physical ability to kneel and bend is required for store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a tenured background; no more than 3 employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, getting referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; perform face-to-face meetings with prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
