Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales across a defined geographic area. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform cold calls, and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Portland, OR region.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions with demos, managing store operations, and ensuring data integrity in our CRM. A solid tenure history and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Strong tenure history; ideally no more than 3 employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new prospects and calling on businesses near existing customers; perform face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report sales orders daily.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
