Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in a defined geographic territory by visiting customers with a fully equipped mobile store. The role requires owning or leasing an approved mobile store vehicle, maintaining driver eligibility, and meeting sales targets through cold-calling and prospecting.

The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability with a max of 3 employers in the last 10 years.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; relocation is not offered.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to customers in defined territory via research, referrals, and face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and marketing of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
