Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of industrial hardware across a defined geographic territory in California. The role centers on operating a mobile store, cold-calling new prospects, and delivering solutions directly to customers.

You must reside in the territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and be physically able to kneel and bend for store operations. Extensive travel and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability with a max of 3 employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with business software.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales opportunities near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports of sales orders and prospect calls.
• continually maintain customer contact information using company software.
