Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales by delivering mobile hardware directly to customers across a defined California territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store and perform cold-calling and prospecting to grow new business.

The role requires independent work, a clean driving record, and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales, especially route/industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenure with max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell by researching, networking, and cold/warm calls.
• Present products using samples and your mobile store.
• Maintain and operate your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Keep accurate customer records in company software.
