Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to bring mobile hardware solutions directly to customers across a defined geographic region. This field-based role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting products from a fully stocked mobile store.

You will manage storefront operations, complete daily sales reports, and maintain accurate customer data while building strong relationships with clients in diverse sectors. A strong work ethic and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience in route or industrial sales is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history and physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, making face-to-face calls on cold prospects, and leveraging a mobile store.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
