Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Territory Manager in the Toledo area to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory.

You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform face‑to‑face sales calls, and present solutions using on‑site demos and sample boards. Applicants should be able to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle and maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong stability with no job hopping; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to purchase/lease mobile store vehicle and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face‑to‑face calls on prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, operational, marketed, and functional; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer information—notes, names, phones, and addresses—within company software.
