Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead mobile-store sales across a defined Florida territory, including Tampa. You will prospect, cold-call, and visit customers to deliver industrial hardware solutions directly from a fully stocked mobile store.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and kneel/bend for store setup and product demos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure: max 3 employers in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present solutions using samples, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report sales activities.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
