Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Territory Manager to drive our industrial hardware range to customers across a defined Texas territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, make face-to-face calls, and grow a robust client base.

You must reside in the territory and be able to procure a mobile store vehicle with a clean driving record. Travel and hands-on selling are core to this role, including maintaining reports and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to operate a mobile store vehicle and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell through research, referrals, and cold/warm calls.
• Present products and services using samples and demos from the mobile store.
• Maintain mobile store cleanliness, operation, and marketing; file daily reports.
• Ensure data integrity by updating customer information in company software.
