Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our mobile-store sales efforts across a defined region in the McAllen, TX area. You will cold-call, prospect, and deliver industrial hardware directly to customers using a fully stocked mobile store.

The role requires residency in the territory, ability to own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. You will report sales activity and maintain data integrity in our systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background with limited job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and on-site calls near existing customers.
• Present products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store’s cleanliness, operation, and reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Keep customer information updated in company software.
