The Jiles Group in the Richmond area seeks a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware store directly to customers across multiple sectors. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and delivering on-site solutions with a fully stocked mobile store.

You will manage customer relationships, maintain accurate sales records, and operate independently to meet ambitious sales goals. A strong track record in industrial sales and reliable driving history are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must reside in the defined territory; relocation not available.
• Must purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present solutions: present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: continually maintain customer contact information in company software.
