Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware to diverse sectors across a defined territory. The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person visits to customers, with a focus on strong product presentation and solution selling.

The candidate must reside in the assigned territory, be able to finance or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure history with no frequent job hops (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: use sample boards, product demos, and mobile store.
• Manage Operations: keep mobile store clean and up-to-date; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: maintain customer contact info in company software.
