Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory through proactive prospecting and face-to-face sales.

You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, requiring ownership or leasing of a compliant vehicle and a valid driving history. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and goal attainment in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Ability to operate and maintain a mobile store vehicle and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell within the defined geographic territory.
• Present products and services using mobile store and sample boards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Keep customer information updated in company software.
