Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Florida is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to maintain, monitor, repair, and operate HVAC systems across multiple sites in St. Petersburg, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa, and more.

You will handle chillers, AHUs, condensers, boilers, and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Travel between client sites including overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants.
• Fall Protection Certification required.
• Lifting Equipment Certification (if operating powered industrial trucks).
• Confined Space Certification (if applicable).
• Evidence of applicable State or local HVAC licensing as required.
• Demonstrated experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to keep systems at peak performance.
• Record readings and adjust operation as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality work.
• Travel to assigned sites and overnight stays as needed.
