Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems for multiple client properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, and motors.
• Monitor building automation and energy management systems to identify issues.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests across locations; coordinate with management and tenants.
• Travel between properties to prioritize work orders and report status to site managers.
