Ideal candidates have 4+ years in building engineering, strong HVAC/R knowledge, and CMMS experience. On-site, standard hours with on-call availability; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing focus.
• Knowledge of system design and applications.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration technology.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and related building systems.
• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and distribution equipment.
• Inspect equipment and familiarize with daily use and safety procedures.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, report conditions affecting occupancy.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
• Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all performed work.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be on-call as needed.
• Assist with other duties as required.
