Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems across facilities in Statesville, NC and surrounding area. Day-to-day duties include preventive and repair work orders, equipment upkeep, inspections, and using CMMS tools to track work.

On-call availability and a strong background in HVAC/R are required. Applicants should have at least four years in building engineering, universal CFC recovery

Qualifications

• HVAC/R technical experience in building engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Operate and maintain HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Use CMMS to update work orders and track status.
• Availability for on-call work and other duties as required.
