Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production systems in Delray Beach, FL. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, uptime, and safety, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and rapid response to repairs.

You will work with CMMS tools, document daily activities, and collaborate with teams to ensure client occupancy and operations are not disrupted.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment.
• Experience in building engineering and maintenance.
• Familiarity with commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect facilities and due diligence to report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Submit and track work orders using CMMS; update statuses in real time.
• Be available for on-call shifts and possess a valid state driver’s license.
