Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems in Provo, UT. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs.

You will perform inspections, complete preventive work orders, and document activities in the CMMS, while supporting a broad set of facilities across the area. A valid driver's license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration is preferred.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution and plumbing.
• Update work order status in real time and submit receipts daily.
• Utilize CMMS tools (Corrigo) for all work performed and document conditions.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work.
