Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related infrastructure.
• Assist in safety and compliance duties and incident reporting.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) to update work orders and track status.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with management.
