Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for our on-site Jackson, MS location. You will perform preventive and repair work on facility HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems to ensure client occupancy and operations run smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with EPA license and at least 4 years in building engineering. On-site work, physical requirements, and 24x7 on‑call availability are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical training or degree.
• Universal EPA / CFC license.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment and building infrastructure.
• Ladder/climb and lift as required; be on on‑call rotation as needed.
