Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Nashville, TN is seeking an HVAC Technician to serve as the technical backbone of our facilities, maintaining HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and chiller systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This on-site role requires four years of building engineering experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid Tennessee driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills. On-call rotation and emergency readiness are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical repair.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work from heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, and inspect building interiors/exteriors.
• Maintain records, use CMMS (Corrigo preferred) for work orders and safety checks, and ensure energy-efficient operation.
• Provide excellent customer service, collaborate with team, and participate in on-call rotations and safety meetings.
