Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to service and repair HVAC equipment across a portfolio of retail locations in the Indianapolis area. You will travel between sites, perform preventive maintenance, and support lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license. Strong diagnostic and customer service skills are essential for delivering reliable facility

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a diploma, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair experience.
General knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore performance.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Respond to service requests and complete corrective maintenance across multiple retail locations.
Inspect and repair lighting systems and related components.
Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
Document work orders, estimate labor/materials, and record completed work.
