Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel daily between assigned client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilities technician for multiple locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair related mechanical systems.
• Complete HVAC system installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records using CMMS.
