Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Indianapolis to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems across client sites. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, system inspections, and emergency response to ensure reliable, safe operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise with boilers, pumps, valves, and related equipment, plus a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 refrigerant certification where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade program preferred.
• EPA Universal certification for refrigerants (EPA 608) may be required based on location.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and building systems for assigned client locations.
• Respond to emergencies; some travel may be required for emergency events.
• Maintain stock and inventory; document and report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
