Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Hybrid Mobile Technician to service HVAC and related building systems across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair HVAC/Refrigeration equipment while handling light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school certification with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification with hands-on refrigeration experience.
• Basic knowledge of light carpentry, electrical and plumbing for a hybrid role.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements; strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC/R equipment and general building systems per codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures; perform modifications to HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work.
• Share knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration with the team and model CBRE culture.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
