As a CBRE Mobile HVAC Technician, you will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and general facilities support for a portfolio of retail locations supporting a major telecommunications client throughout the Indianapolis market. This mobile position is ideal for a hands‑on technician who enjoys diagnosing HVAC issues, working independently, and ensuring critical building systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is part of CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services team, responsible for delivering preventive maintenance, repairs, and operational excellence across multiple client facilities. In this position, you will primarily perform HVAC service and repairs while also supporting lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance activities. You'll travel between assigned sites, respond to service requests, and help ensure an exceptional experience for client teams and retail store personnel.

Pay Transparency: The hourly pay range for this position is $32.00-$36.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, certifications, education, training, internal equity, and market considerations.

Mobile Role Requirement: This position requires travel between multiple client locations throughout the Indianapolis service area. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
