Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to service a portfolio of retail locations throughout the Baltimore market. The role involves diagnosing HVAC issues, performing repairs, and providing general facilities support while traveling between client sites.

You will support energy management and building systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, EPA Universal Certification, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service are required.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete corrective maintenance at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect and repair lighting systems including lamps, ballasts, drivers, and fixtures.
• Assist with building maintenance repairs and basic installations as needed.
• Document work orders, estimate labor/materials, and maintain service records.
